Today we were able to go see the school where we will do our teaching! It was so exciting to meet the students and the teachers and to get a feel for what’s typical of education in Ecuador. It was a special day for us to experience, as June 1st is the celebration of the day of the kids! We watched among many students, teachers, and parents as the kids played fútball games in the school courtyard. It was nice to see that many of the children wanted to meet us and were intrigued by our English. We loved talking to them and cannot wait to return!
