Aileen Widger has been volunteering with the Chase Zen Foundation for more than 4 years now and has led 3 consecutive volunteer trips to the country of Ecuador. As one of the founders of the Ecuador Program Aileen's responsibilities consisted of recruiting a team of volunteer that would travel abroad with her, as well as creating an entire academic curriculum for the children they teach in Ecuador. 

      Her hard work and dedication can be seen through the impact she made on the children she has taught in Ecuador as well as in the team she has led each year, as she inspires children into a passion for speaking English.
